My favorite part of the TV show Sunday Morning was the last minute or so when they would show a video of some wildlife and only have sounds of nature playing in the background. There would be stills and some life action but absolutely no talking, just the sound of a babbling brook; birds chirping or the sound of the wind in the reeds. Sometimes one can say more when not speaking at all. Perhaps if more people incorporated this into their daily lives life would be gentler.

yes, we all need some quiet time to relax and enjoy our surroundings. I wish there were more Sundays in a week.
