Another compelling series Orlando. The last picture is my favorite, it moves me and makes me want to go right into the scene and help the little boy carry his heavy water jug.
Thank you, Valerie. This is a typical scene you will find here in Tacloban City where more than half of the population is living in poverty. I have stopped taking photos that portray hardships these people face on a daily basis although part of me still want to do so just for the purpose of advocacy and to raise awareness about their plight. Someday perhaps, when I can really make those images count towards better opportunity for these people.
